Disclaimer / Client Agreement

EnergyFlow Healing offers Quantum-Touch® energy healing sessions and Quantum-Touch® workshops to support your well-being in a complementary way. By booking a session or workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Not a substitute for medical or veterinary care
    Energy healing is a natural, complementary practice. It is not a replacement for medical, psychological, or veterinary diagnosis or treatment. If you have health concerns, please consult an appropriate licensed professional.

  2. No guarantees or specific outcomes
    While many people and animals experience meaningful shifts from energy work, every experience is unique. I cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.

  3. Personal responsibility
    You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. By participating in sessions or workshops, you take full responsibility for your choices and any outcomes that may follow.

  4. Confidentiality & respect
    All information shared during sessions is treated respectfully and confidentially. However, because energy sessions are not medical treatment, HIPAA laws do not apply.

  5. Workshops
    All workshops are taught as a certified Quantum-Touch® Instructor and follow the official Quantum-Touch®, Inc. policies. By registering, you also agree to their policies, which can be viewed here.

  6. Children & minors
    A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent for anyone under 18 to participate in sessions or workshops.

By booking a session or workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Disclaimer / Client Agreement.
