Welcome to EnergyFlow Healing. By using https://www.energyflowhealing.com (the “Site”) or booking any services with me, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or my services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai‘i, United States.

1. About EnergyFlow Healing

EnergyFlow Healing provides remote Quantum-Touch® energy healing sessions for people and animals and offers Quantum-Touch® workshops as a certified instructor. All services are provided online unless otherwise stated.

2. Your Use of This Website

You agree to use this website and services for lawful purposes only. You won’t use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with it or anyone else’s use.

If you choose to create an account through the booking system, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Medical & Service Disclaimer

I am a certified Quantum-Touch® Practitioner and Instructor. I offer energy healing sessions and workshops as complementary practices designed to support well-being. These services are not medical, veterinary, or psychological care and are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a licensed professional.

The information on this website and in any communications is for general information purposes only. You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical or mental health concerns. If you are under medical supervision, you are responsible for seeking appropriate medical guidance before scheduling sessions.

Quantum-Touch does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or guarantee outcomes. Booking or receiving a session does not create a therapist–client relationship, and no professional medical, psychological, or veterinary advice is being offered.

4. Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds (Sessions)

When you book a session, you’re reserving dedicated time. To respect both your time and mine, the following policies apply:

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the appointment using the link in your confirmation email.

• Cancellations 24+ hours: You may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours: The session fee is non-refundable.

• No-shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full session fee will be forfeited.

I understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected arises, please contact me as soon as possible — I review these situations individually at my discretion.

Refund processing: If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 7 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

This policy applies to both people and animal sessions.

5. Workshops

As a certified Quantum-Touch® Instructor, I offer workshops in accordance with Quantum-Touch, Inc. guidelines. These workshops follow the official Quantum-Touch minimum refund and cancellation standards. By registering, you agree to the policies set by Quantum-Touch, Inc.

6. Children & Minors

My services are intended for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent before you can participate in a session or workshop. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by EnergyFlow Healing or used with permission. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Links to Other Sites

This website may contain links to third-party sites. These links are provided for convenience only. I have no control over, and am not responsible for, the content or practices of third-party websites.

9. Limitation of Liability

All services and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnergyFlow Healing is not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the website or services, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EnergyFlow Healing and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

10. International Users

The website is controlled and operated from Hawai‘i, USA. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When I make significant changes, I’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or services means you accept the new terms.
