Level 1 is the introductory workshop for Quantum-Touch. Over the course of the training, you’ll build a solid foundation in energy healing—learning how to cultivate, focus, and direct Life Force energy with ease and confidence. No previous experience is needed.

What You’ll Learn

Throughout the workshop, you’ll be guided through practical exercises and live demonstrations to help you feel and work with energy confidently. We’ll explore:

• Core breathing and body-awareness techniques to raise your vibration

• Using intention to focus and direct energy

• Ways to enhance energy flow, including toning and working with chakras

• Distance healing—sending energy beyond physical space

• How these skills can support both people and animals

Virtual Format

This workshop is held live via Zoom. You’ll receive the same personal guidance and practice time as you would in person—all from the comfort of your own space.

You’ll need:

• A stable internet connection

• A computer or tablet with a camera and microphone

• A quiet space where you can fully participate and practice

Workshop Materials & Certification

All participants receive a digital workshop manual and a Certificate of Completion.
Level 1 is a prerequisite for Level 2 and other advanced Quantum-Touch trainings.
